I sent you an e-mail on the 26. 09 12 Please refer to it. To repeat: The location was the best part of our stay
The food is way overpriced. The room could use a little fridge and coffee maker, especially since you charge $3.80 for a cup of coffee in your cafeteria. If you want people to frequent the cafeteria you should make the prices attractive. Yes, I know it is somewhat more expensive to bring food up to you; but your charges are a rip-off as some of your guests said to us. [without us prompting them by the way]
our reservation has been cancelled without any notice, therefore we had to pay a higher price for the room. Rates in general were too high compared to the service they offered. The restaurant was closed and at the pub we had to cook our meat on grill: again the price was to high, the meat not so good and there was no service, considering that you have to cook your own meal.
There was no wifi and that gives troubles Please change your information on your site Staff was wellknown about these mis infomation
The location is great.
No coffee machine, no fridge, no wifi and the mattresses were terrible.
It was a peaceful cabinlike setting. We appreciated having a store, restaurant and gas available onsite.
Only spot to stay when cycling the icefields parkway. The lady at the desk is very nice.
Extremely expensive! Paid $15.00 for one hamburgar patty and a dried out bun. Had to cook it myself. Coffe $3.50 with no refills. Gas $1.78 per litre!!!!. Closer to $2.00 per litre for premium!!! Radiator in the $150.00 cabin made a loud bang every .5 hrs.
